Three Most Common Treatments For Hemorrhoids… And Why They Aren’t Working For You

Article by Joe Bouise

Stress, diet, constipation, and diarrhea are all causes of hemorrhoids, causing you increase the strain or push while you are having a bowel movement. When you increase your internal pressure to push, you are also increasing your internal pressure on the blood vessels nears your anus. When that internal pressure causes the vessels to bulge, it is called a hemorrhoid and they are very painful with common symptoms of itching, swelling and bleeding.

Every resource will tell you to reduce the strain by increasing water intake, increasing dietary fiber and taking stool softeners. Yep, I know, you have already done all that but the bulging blood vessel is still itching and burning, maybe bleeding. Softening your stool isn’t making that go away. And if you go off your diet or have a little bit of stress in your life, they pop right back.

After you have tried all the creams, ointments and inserts, I’ll tell you why they are not working for you.

The purpose of the creams and ointments are first to provide medication to soothe and reduce the inflammation around the rectal area. The second purpose is to provide a protective barrier over the hemorrhoid to protect it from further irritation. The concept being that once the hemorrhoid tissue relaxes and is less inflamed, you will feel better. Problem is that it doesn’t solve the source of the problem so you are almost guaranteed to have another flare-up. Only by taking care of the cause can you be sure that you are getting rid of them permanently.

Suppositories are another common form of over the counter treatment for hemorrhoids. Once again the purpose of this is to decrease the pressure or strain that you generate to have a bowel movement. The suppository is supposed to increase the moisture within your rectum and add a lubricating effect the next time that you have a bowel movement. This is only recommended for a very short amount of time, between 7-10 days because fo the damage done to your rectum with continues use. Read the package carefully. And again this is simply working on the symptom and not treating the cause of your hemorrhoids

If you have been to a doctor, then I’m sure that they have told you about “fixative procedures” performed in the doctor’s office. This includes tying off the hemorrhoids with a rubber band (rubber band ligation) or using heat, lasers, or electric current (coagulation therapy). What is left behind is scar tissue in its place. If you don’t understand what is causing your hemorrhoids, then they will certainly come back, in spite of the scar tissure.

These three types hemorrhoid treatments are the most common and have an increasing degree of risks and side effects. Once these are exhausted, you still have option of a surgical removal of hemorrhoids (hemorrhoidectomy). It all depends on the individual case and what you can tolerate. In my personal experience, it’s best to first try the safer options before going to this extreme measure.

Now, not all hope is lost. I do have one solution that has surprised me pleasantly. I’d like to review a totally safe, natural remedy that gets to the root cause of hemorrhoids and that works within a couple of days. It’s called the H Miracle system and you can find it at:
